Hasya yoga is on everyone's lips: More and more media report about it and whoever has been to Laughter-Yoga wants to experience this endorphin boost again as soon as possible. The combination of laughter and yogic breathing exercises mobilizes the body's own powers, promotes mental energies and brings physical and mental health. In addition, laughter improves performance and opens access to more creativity and intuition.


Our body is a miracle. With the right impulses, it is capable of much more than most people can imagine. In our workshops we deal with the right mindset, optimal breathing, supportive movement and healthy nutrition and show how to put them into practice.
